Our invoicing and payment processing program is very simple. For $99 a month we will monitor your invoicing module for invoices that are closed and ready to mail. We can set up with the client a preferred method of delivery and payment. We send you a weekly report of invoices processed, mail or email the invoice to the client, collect payments by check or credit card and post the payments to your account. All credit card payments are subject to a fee of 3.5% of the payment amount and .50 cents per transaction. PCS becomes your very own accounts receivable department for $99 a month.
