The Workorders Module is where the order becomes an actual job for production. Once an order has a workorder created the planner will review each section and verify correct stock, assign equipment, assign staff and adjust inventory. Workorders can then be printed and put into a job jacket.

When production is started on a workorder employees will be logging in and out of jobs based on the workorder number. All workorders will have a production total of time spent on each job. At the end you will be able to compare costs based on quoted costs versus actual production costs.

We've included a section just for PrePress proofing. You can log out proofing and log in when proofs have been approved.

Below is also an image of the workorder main screen and the workorder production log. For every job you can see exactly how much time is spent on that job.
