The Products and Services Module is where you store all of your products and services offered. This is the most important module for estimating. Correct data entry will insure that you're orders are quoted properly and reduces the chance of under quoting a job. The Products and Services Module is also where inventory is tracked. You can manually adjust your inventory for a specific product or inventory is also adjusted when purchase orders are posted and when orders are planned. During the posting of a purchase order inventory will be added for that specific product code. During the planning stage of a workorder stock will be deducted from inventory.
