No need to set up a server system in-house and the extra expense of software and hardware required for hosting a PCS server (Over $2,000). Our platinum service fee includes hosting, maintenance, backups for up to 20 users.

Server Maintenance: We provide all maintenance on the server to make sure your system is always online and available.

Backups: We schedule and maintain all system backups. If there is ever a loss of data that needs to be restored from a backup.

Training: We provide up to 8 hours of training per month as part of your Platinum package. Additional training is available at a discounted package.

Customization: We provide up to 8 hours of customization per month as part of your Platinum package. Additional customization is available at a discounted rate.

Special customization for projects like PHP Web integration are estimated based on the amount of development needed.
